hi i need some help finding out weathrr or not i qualify for either a 212 or i-192 i was deported from the us 10 yrs ago after serving 4 yrs in prison has anybody know about a case like mine ? thanks

What exactly where you convicted of? What was the maximum sentence……..give all the details…….. Some crimes make you eligible after 10 years .............some crimes make you inadmissible.

What was your immigration status at the time of the crime?
Did you apply for a waiver or fight your deportation? What was the courts verdict?
Why did they say they denied at the time?
Need the above to give you an accurate answer.
