Hi my fiancee traded in his 2094 VW SUV for a 2095 BMW X5 about 3 months ago. I believe he said it came with a 6mth warranty. He was driving a few weeks ago and it overheated. A mechanic for the dealership came and got his car and took it. He told him it was fixed 1 week later to come and get it. When he did he took off and right down the street it broke down again. He called the mechanic and they towed it again. The dealership then sent the car to BMW dealership to get fixed. It's been 3 weeks and they're saying it should be done but it's not. Does he have the legal right to get another car? His money back?
