My house on the market in CA for a while for sale and we have second mortgage on this house. We bought a house in different state. Because I got a new job.
Now we cannot afford the double mortgage any more. We got both of loans from same comapny. What is your advice? Foreclosure? May the company can lien againt our current house ? Do you suggest the we need to short sell?
