Criminal Law 2 misdeamnors - naturalization

I am about to go through immigration and I have two misdeamnors. One for a DWI last year which I am in the process of taking care of, and one for crashing my car on train tracks this year. Should I wait the statutory period before filing or should I file now?

But crimes in the circumstances in which they happened don't appear to be CIMT. But citizenship requires at least five years of good moral character. That can lead to denial. You might want to wait for five years to file……………..
