I am illegal immigration in USA. My 1st time did somthing bad and big mistake.
I was caught at Store Name stealing somthing about $200 which I put in my pocket.Stop by LP then police were call give citiation with Misdemeanor 484/488 Pc and let me go for wait letter somthing.
After 1 week I got the letter from police for Photo and finger print. I plan to go police station by tomorrow . What will be happen at that time ? Arrest booking to jail or bail or ask for details then let me go for court date.
1. In this case , Can I go back my country before court date ? If i do they will be arrest at the airport or not.
2. Do you know for 1st. sentence from judge ? If i Plea Guilty.
3. Can i ask or advice for public defender before court date ?
4. If i get in jail after judge sentence they will book to jail immediately or can do somthing ?
Sorry for my question I am not resident here ,So scare can't eat, sleep . I have wife and son in my country I live here alone , Please help to informatiom

If you fail to appear in court then a warrant for your arrest will be issued.

I suspect since your an illegal immigrant you will be deported there may be no other punishment bu cannot say for certain

Cant say but I doubt jail will be on table. Again I suspect you will be deported so talking to an Attorney is important
