1st amendment question.

If a person is being interview by a police officer, the officer asks the individual a question, the interviewee. replies,"fuck that bitch, i am out of here"
Then the individual stands up and walks out. does the individual have the right under the 1st amendment to speak in this manner?

All you have to say is, I'm invoking my Miranda Rights, or I wish to speak with my lawyer.
