Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 18/second offense in ca shoplifting

Me and my friend got caught at Store name shoplifting. This is the second time getting caught for me and my friend is the first time. I know my friend is okay but I'm worried about myself. I had a lawyer the first time. I have a job and I am a college student so I'm trying hard to not be sent to jail
Should I get a lawyer again?
And also would I be spending some jail time?
If i do the NASP program is it likely that the judge wont sentence me to jail?
I looked into their website but which one do I sign up for?
 
A second offense carries a high probabilty of jail. You should once again seek an Attorney to try to minimize damage. Far as NASP, She can answer your questions.
