I hate to admit it, but I stole clothes from Macy's totaling at $67. I didn't even like them much. I was escorted by a woman to an office. There weren't any security guards or cops. The man questioned me, took down my info, and took a picture. He said he wasn't going to prosecute me. Once again...no cops or security. He had me sign a criminal trespass warning and told me I could not return to Macy's for two years. No problem. I don't fully understand the criminal trespass WARNING though. Will I be sent a fine? And how much would it be?
I also signed an admission of guilt.

Expect a letter from a Law Firm. The letter will demand monies for this event. Its called Civil Demand and is state law. Where I cannot say exactly how much my guess yours will be around $300.00

The criminal trespass that you sign means that you understand that you can not come into the store for 2 years. If you do come into the store, they can have you arrested for trespassing.
