Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 18 2nd offense 5$ item HELP!

i was caught stealing a 5$ item. it was my 2nd offense, the first time i was 17 and it was around 60$.the police were called and i got taken to the police station pictured finger printed and everything. i have a court date and plan to plead guilty.what could happen what will my punnishment be...HELP!!!

NO! do NOT just walk in and plead guilty that would be your second mistake. Start calling Attorneys many offer free consultations take them up on it. Since this might be your second offense jail could be on table. You need to show Judge you have learned your lesson and are sorry. Enrolling in an Anti Shoplifting course might be wise at this point and would show Judge your being proactive. We can recommend one if you like.
