Ok thanks. My child had reported to her GAL that her mothers husband had been touching her inappropriatly but after a therapist had declared it unsubstancable the GAL agreed that he be allowed back in the house even though my child had stated she felt unsafe

So if my child reported something happening to her an the GAL didnt report it
