On felony probation for possession of a controlled substance, been on for a year. Went to check-in and came up positive on a u.a. How much time will I do in jail, even though probation officer is recommending treatment.
What should I do? Been on felony probation for about a year and I failed a U.A., my probation officer is requesting treatment. I just want the fastest way out of jail. Would it be faster if I just did the time for the v.o.p or treatment?
