    Business Debt, Collections Plaintiff dismissed case, can I collect my fees back?

    The plaintiff recently filed a motion to have the case dismissed. Is it possible for me to collect my fees? (Colorado / County Court) Or can companies sue me, dismiss, then sue me again and again?
