The first part requires just five years.........Part C requires all you can remember..............put all you remember and mention there are probably some you can't remember.Add a sheet if neccessary.
1.Is this PTI considered as conviction under the law of immigration?

You would face a lot of opposition from US immigration. Your chances of success are slim. I have no experience on such cases. But US law as I know currently comes down against such marriages for immigration purposes.
Then attache an extra sheet explaining your current situation. On that part of the form answer the question as married and put there that you are in the process of trying to get a job. It would not fit in the space so just write somewhere there for them to refer to the attachment for an...

I don't understand why a lawyer would tell you need a waiver if your offense meets the exception. Just talk to another lawyer and get a second opinion. I beg to differ on the waiver story. I don't think you need one.
If you were told that it you were denied because of the probation still in progress, then you would probably get it if the probation is over by appeal time. As I said earlier the five year rule normally applies if they denied you due to a record.
Just use yellow pages.............there are many. You just have to call each and ask them about their profiles before deciding. Google criminal and immigration lawyers in your area. Use one who has practiced for atleast five years.
Sorry I did not see your charge on your first post.....Where you given a reason for the denial?
Your charge is a minor one and should not pose you problems. Disorderly conduct is not viewed as a CIMT. So you should be fine. what exactly did the denial notice or letter say?
What was the...
It would be hard. She should contact her lawyer who represented her. Lawyers generally keep all the records for atleaast two years. But she can contact the county court clerk's office for more info on how to get all records if she does not have it.
