Can the government force you to pay utilities?

Posting hx: Inheritance Title Transfer If you use utilities, then you have to pay for them. Some utilities have programs that provide lower rates for low income people. But yes, if you owe the municipality money for services such as water, etc., the cost can be added to your property taxes...

the results of actions taken by a claimant being used against the respondent

    * You need to limit yourself to facts. Cold hard facts with no "feeling" or "opinion" words. * You need to lead with the most important thing(s) first. If details are wanted or needed, elaborate later. See example at bottom. * Baseball, not hockey. Baseball has clearly defined roles...

    Utility Company Property Damage

Did they have to evacuate the area? Was it on a weekend? If so, that can account for some of the cost. (One of my neighbors did the same thing a few years back. I came home from church to find half the neighborhood evacuated.)

the results of actions taken by a claimant being used against the respondent

Gah! Please reduce this to bullet points with white space. And get to the point quickly. Good for the judge, ordering a drug test. Way to cut to the chase, and see who's less credible. Hint: if you don't use drugs, it's not a problem, and the negative test makes the one accusing you seem...

Stupid People and other not so bright institutions.

That's revisionist history. He switched parties because he was consistently anti-slavery. He deserves more credit for his pre-Civil War politics as Speaker of the House and Governor of Massachusetts. Yes, he should never have been appointed general, having absolutely no military background...

the results of actions taken by a claimant being used against the respondent

Forgive for being blunt, but: YOU are the RESPONDENT. Therefore most of what you are blathering about is irrelevant. The priority of any respondent should be to RESPOND to the issue that they are being brought to court on. Your letter(s) and negative comments about your ex will derail you...

    Duct tape is very useful

My first thought was that it would difficult for someone his size to move easily in an air plane; he's a little big to be a flight attendant. (Not a slam on his size. Just that it's a cramped space to work in.)

Colorado "mom" caught on tape forcing her 5 year old child into car trunk!

The WHY helps us occasionally make sense of the senseless. I am always curious to see if there is a pattern behind the story. Sometimes it does matter, legally, to have context - to determine whether this person needs psychiatric help, for example, or just makes horrible choices. I'm inclined...

Arraignment, Bail, Bonds, Pretrial Does the US Bail System Need Overhauling?

Not everyone is so privileged as you seem to assume. Nor should onus be on the person accused to prove their innocence. Just wait until it happens to you or your family.

Arraignment, Bail, Bonds, Pretrial Does the US Bail System Need Overhauling?

And what you didn't do the crime? What if you have only been accused, and have not had your day in court? We have the standard of "presumed innocent" for a reason.

I missed a court date. not my fault.Next?

Perhaps that is because there is so much fault to be found. Do you think the judge will be more generous? No. That is why you are here and elsewhere ranting, because a judge wasn't as generous and forgiving as you'd like. We CANNOT provide answers that will satisfy you because you cannot...
