Need to understand the agreement clause

We can't help you if you're going to keep changing the story. First, the trucks and vehicles are worth more than $15,000, now the whole estate is under $10,000. You need proper legal help before you get into serious criminal trouble.

    mvr-317 form questions

As posted on the other forum, the value of these vehicles in aggregate disqualifies you from using that form. You're going to have to probate the estate and have the person with the appropriate authority (letters of administration or whatever) transfer the titles on behalf of the estate.

Need to understand the agreement clause

It says if you sue them you can't get more than $250,000 and certain types of damages as stated can't be recovered at all. Whether that is enforceable and whether it is something you should be concerned about is something you should discuss with your attorney.

    Quit claim deed

Huh? Mom being the grantee on a quit claim she signs makes little sense. It's the person who has ownership interest in the property who has to sign the conveyance if it actually conveys anything. Verbal means nothing with regard to real estate.

    Statue of limitation in Utah

Eight years or when the child turns 18, whichever is later, I would suspect. Understand that both parents are responsible for the support of their children regardless of what the marital situation is. The apportionment of that is determined by statute.

Did the seller do his part

Most "home inspectors" couldn't find a major defect if it bit them in the rear during the inspection. They serve as little more than a nuisance negotiation tool late in the purchase process. If you suspect something might be wrong, you need to bring in someone skilled in that particular field...

    Quit claim deed

And I'll amplify that. It grants only that interest that the grantor has AT THE TIME the quit claim is signed. If she signed the deed before she actually had any ownership interest, it conveyed nothing, even if she subsequently gets it through probate.

Set Aside Felony Conviction and Renewing/Citizenship

I don't know how I could make it clearer. I never said the I-90 asked about criminal activity, for I know it does not. The biometrics appointment that is necessary for the renewal will run your fingerprints through the FBI. Arizona setting aside does not result in an expungement. It...

Set Aside Felony Conviction and Renewing/Citizenship

You can very much be subject to trouble for trying to renew the green card. The 'biometrics' can very much trigger an investigation into your criminal history that's happened in the interim. You could end up being deported. Even if your crimes end up terminating your permanent residence ...

What is going on down the street?

It should be better now. The problem was a link to a malware site was detected. These often come either from errant ad insertions or someone posting spam with the link. If they had a system administrator they would have deleted the link and logged into the google stats site and forced a...

1st offense dui, no longer resident in the US

It's unclear where you are and I'm not sure how Italian law is, but I can tell you that if you were a US resident alien, you'd still be reliant on your home country's passport being valid (the green card means nothing without it). If you're a fugitive, there's a chance your US passport might...

    Chobani vs Hobani

So? The fact that it is your name doesn't give you rights to infringe on other's marks. I know of a number of people who can't use their name at all (Walter S. Taylor is a classic example, but there are more) because of an already famous competing mark.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifting at Costco

You can expect a civil demand from Costco in addition to your criminal issues. Costco is one of the few chains that I know of that actually pursue these claims in court. This is going to cost you a couple of orders of magnitude over what the purchase price. The ban is FOREVER and for all...
