    You knew you had been arrested and charged. It was your responsibility to check and show up on your court date. You have been found guilty on the original charges and now have an additional FTA fine. This time show up with enough cash to pay everything. The judge may reduce the fine if you act nice.

    You need ot consult an elder care attorney. Quite possibly both of your parents also need some assistance. You need a will, living will, POA and probalby a living trust. This is not something to try on your own or it will likely end up a mess. The laws of each state differ.

    You or your attorney will need to contact the court and do wahtever is necessary. Probably a personal appearance but an attorney may be able to get that waived. Only the court can tell you. Then you will have to contact the DMV and get your license reinstated.

    It depends on when you made the oral agreement and the wording of the contract. Usually oral agreements prior to the contract are not binding. A contract can always be modified afterwards by a variety of methods but the problem is proving the modification.
