    question re estate

You would need to contact the institution to see what they require. Why are you not going to probate. You are not the person responsible for the estate until the probate court says you are.

    I don't understand if it's already written

You need to go to the probate court and get a copy of the file. The clerk can explain what has been done to date but cannot give you any legal advice. What your Mom told you and what is actually in the will may be two different things. With that said, it is not unusual for the PR to abuse their...

    Answering a court summons

Actually the clerk will not "direct you from there". The clerk will likely tell you to consult an attorney. You can ask her if there are any similar cases and you can request a copy since it is public record. Then you can copy the form. While you must reply within the time limit, I suggest...

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Old Warrant!!

Contact the clerk of court and ask her to check her records. It may just be an incorrect entry. If not all you may have to do is to send in the fine.

Notice to Appear - for walking through a public park

My guess is that this is a local ordinance and it is not reported. Go to court and ask for a dismissal. Take pictures of the side of the park without any posted signs. You may be able to look up the ordinance on the city's website.

    Compensation question..for auto accident

Mediation is just that, it does not effect the actual court case. I always adivse full disclosure during mediation. Here I do not see what the BK has to do with it since the trustee would have a claim to the settlement.

    Divorce and property taxes

It would depend on the exact wording of the divorce agreement. Here it appears he still owns half of the house but is willing to sign it over to her. Why rock that boat?

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Improper arrest?

I think you really need a divorce attorney. In my experience the police will always side with the woman, especially since you had already been arrested for DV. You have no case against the officer or department.

How to deal with an "Exhibition of Speed" ticket

Depends on your state and what the lcoal judge normally does. In a college town it usually is very strict and this is a serious violation. Since you are under age one of your parents will probably have to go to court with you. Only a local attorney can tell you what to expect.

    Overspray on Vehicles- Please Help!

The company that owns the building can sue for damages and an injunction based on trespass and nuisance. It is their call. Individually you can sue for damages. Start by getting an estimate on buffing off the paint and send them a demand for payment. In a similar case I had about fifty cars...

car stolen; wrecked. Driver not arrested.

Yes they can. I assume that you did not have it insured. You can sue the person that stole the vehile but your chances of getting anything out of him are slim. I assume that you reported it stolen so why wasn't the driver arrested?
