    I don't know about Penn law, but you should probably tell your parents, they'll find out anyway, and get a criminal defense attorney. In Michigan you'd more than likely be facing, at least, losing your license for a year.

    Police are not supposed to interogate minors without their parent/guardian present. Get a good lawyer, hopefully the statements can be tossed out. And I mean a good criminal defense attorney who has dealt with similar issues.
