And another one gone, and another one gone...

I would expect any resident may do so. These were not guests of any resident who had any right to be there.

And another one gone, and another one gone...

It seems the roads in that housing area are private, owned by the residents, and there is appropriate signage outside at the entrances. I would disagree that even a peaceful mob has any right to enter or remain on the property, and in fact they had a duty to leave when told and became...

Most likely because of the way they forced their way onto the property. If I remember correctly they broke the gate down. That is not an indicator of peaceful intention.

Yes it does. It refers to 563.031. The defendant must raise the issue of defense and the prosecution must prove the action was unreasonable under the circumstances.

It appears you were not charged with DUI but for speeding. Perhaps your lawyer arranged for the DUI to be dropped in exchange for a guilty plea on the speeding offense, which can be charged as a misdemeanor. On the completion of traffic school your speeding offense was apparently dismissed...

Dog killed while at daycare, civil action lawsuit?

Based only on what you have provided there does not seem to be any negligence. I don't see that you have anything to take over. Was there any contract? Was the dog supposed to be caged or leashed? Were special arrangements made that were not followed?

    Neighbors dogs caused damage

No. Per #4 you are settling your differences as of the date of the agreement. It does not address future disputes. For that you would start all over. You might ask for an addition indicating that nothing in this agreement limits any future action by either party for future incidents.

    Neighbors dogs caused damage

Bad idea. Even the bb gun. If you injure the neighbor dog the roles will be reversed. Shooting anything at the dog opens you to civil liability and possible charges for animal cruelty. If the dog is loose call animal control.
