"On or about" is a common phrase in legal documents. It certainly does not mean that they don't know the date.

You can't file a motion because no action has been taken against you and there is no court case. There is nothing for you to do except comply with the law.
What you posted is hardly a motion. If that is a document you wish to submit to a court of law, then I agree that you need an attorney.

That's a criminal charge. Chances are you have a divorce/family law attorney working for you, so he probably wouldn't even handle that type of issue. Have you asked your attorney about it? If you have what did he say????
I love it when people have attorney's working for them but don't trust them enough to ask a simple question. If you don't like or trust your attorney then fire him and get another, otherwise...
