sold a shared car, buyer wont pay and broke the car.

You're welcome. The truth hurts sometimes. Learn a lesson from it. Your grandmother is not a bank, she shouldn't be lending money to a seller or financing a car sale. If someone doesn't have cash-in-hand then they do not get the title signed over to them. Simple.

sold a shared car, buyer wont pay and broke the car.

Why would you give someone a car for an IOU??? That's just plain dumb. What does sharing a car mean? Are you both listed on the title? All private party vehicle sales in NY (andmost states) are "as is" by default, so the buyer has no recourse and cannot demand you take the car back. If I was...

Wife Had An Affair - Primary Home, Small Business, Rings Split (No Kids) ?

You should, of course, consult with an attorney, however based upon what I know and have read, New Jersey is like New York - infidelity means nothing and will not get you a dime more. While infidelity can be stated as the grounds for divorce (although most people go the "no-fault" route) it...

    Minor Charged With Reckless Driving

Every GDC in Virginia handles cases differently so it's impossible to say what will happen with you. You need an attorney - your mother is a fool if she thinks otherwise.

Statute of limitations on traffic tickets?

You misunderstand what a statute of limitations is. When you receive a traffic ticket you are charged and the SoL does not apply.

    Drs note Discrimination

Well shame on you, or maybe shame on your real estate attorney. I don't really see harassment. Dirty looks and an occasional comment isn't harassment. It seems like you are bringing a lot of the stress upon yourself.

    Drs note Discrimination

There is usually more than a president involved - usually a board of directors of some sort. Even if the president is okay with it the OP could still have a problem.

Bought car, DOJ stop on my car for 3.5 months, am unable to register. HELP

From another forum I found this old post: I believe you are going to require a VIN inspection from CHP before you are allowed to register the vehicle in California, so let me suggest that you start by calling your local CHP office and making an appointment with the VIN officer. When you make...

Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks Stealing and cashing money orders?

Are you kidding me? Lack of knowledge? That's hard for me to swallow and I think it would be the same for any panel of jurors.

Quoting my post without adding anything is pretty pointless.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Should I still pay restitution ?

No (only if you get a pardon which won't be happening) - and just why should it be erased from your record? You stole money and don't even want to pay it back. You can make up all the excuses you want to about a bank error. You were convicted of the Larceny and now you have to live with it.

Sold used car to a minor with fake id

Can you try rewriting that in English? A minor can own and register a car in Connecticut.
