    Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Harassing Communications

We don't read minds. Who knows, maybe he was trying to get through to you that you should stop talking to this guy and move on. Why not? I'm sure your boyfriend knows lots of people. I have no idea what you're getting at here.

Well, I'll be - I must have just forgotten that Ed Koch was on the show.

Animal Injury, Dog Bite My Neighbor's Dog Bit Me

I don't ever remember Ed Koch on The People's Court! WAS it him or did you mean Judge Wapner?

My cases is so screwed up

I don't respond to people who use obscenities in their posts. I refuse to waste my time explaining this to you. Goodbye.

Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Driving after having medical marijuana

Winston is an idiot. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. He can be arrested for DWAI - drugs if he smokes weed then drives. No one should be lending him a car.

Sue your neighbor for the cost of your medical expenses. Try asking for reimbursement first, but it doesn't sound like he'll be cooperative.

My cases is so screwed up

That's ridiculous - of course Oregon is "connected" - it's called NCIC. If a particular court decides not to enter their warrants into NCIC for whatever reason then that certainly doesn't mean that Oregon isn't connected to national criminal justice databases.

My cases is so screwed up

Except possibly a weekend in jail. If the originating agency cannot be contacted (which has happened to me several times) then the person with the warrant will not be released from custody until that agency can be contacted. Locked up a guy once on a Friday night in NY with a warrant from CA...

Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Obscenity Laws?

You don't matter. When you get charged let us know the details, including the state name. Otherwise speculation about this and that is simply a waste of time.

Speeding Ticket - Town Of Rockland, N.Y.

You said: My attorney has informed me that he really has no idea what kind of deal he will get as every town's a bit different. So very obviously he has no idea how that court operates. Ideally you should have hired an attorney who is familiar with the court and the prosecutor. You seem to...

My cases is so screwed up

A "breeder" of cannabis, huh? Okay whatever you say. I skimmed the novel you wrote and didn't seem to find any questions. What I can say is that if you have been criminally charged you need to get yourself an attorney.

Speeding Ticket - Town Of Rockland, N.Y.

I was pointing out that you should hire an attorney who is familiar with the court of record and you clearly indicated that he was not. You're throwing all kinds of irrelevant information out there which I was trying to correct, including the fact that hamlets have no courts - only cities...

No one said ANYTHING about the TVB. Hamlets do not have traffic courts or ANY courts for that matter. That's why you hire an attorney who is familiar with the court of record. Obviously, yours is not,

What is R-17??? Why are you posting all of this again? That makes no sense. Huh? You said you have hired an attorney. What procedure? Why do you care? You won't be there. Fine/surcharge/points. Get what over with exactly? You need to speak with your attorney.

Speeding Ticket - Town Of Rockland, N.Y.

Well then you hired the wrong attorney, You should have at least hired one who is familiar with that court.

The only reason for there to be no deal would be if YOU don't accept a plea. For someone who wanted to plead guilty that's seems rather odd.

    moving before going on probation

You're not happy with the answers you got down the street, so here you are hoping that someone will tell you to go ahead and move. That's not happening. You're not even sentenced yet, is that correct? If you're not happy with your attorney then fire him and get another one, The remaining...

Not that I have anything against attorneys, but in a case like this it's a waste of money. I don't know why people are so intimidated by traffic courts... You'll be paying someone to go and get the same deal you could have gotten.
