    You need to file a name change to have her last name changed to her father's last name. Ask the lawyer you intend to hire (before you hire him) what the fees, etc. are.

    but I've also heard that officers must first ask the driver to take a PBT test before administering any others to the passengers. Is that true? That does not even make any sense.
