They should have sent you a letter once full civil demand had been paid stating that you are paid in full. Bring this to court. It shows the judge that you are willing to make things right. Even though its a civil demand, it can still help you in the criminal court. The judge may even reduce or...

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Forgot to pay, what should I do?

The chances they caught you are slim to none. However, I would personally bring the mistake to the store manager or a senior store executive. Tell them exactly what happened. To be convicted of theft, there must be intent. You must have intent to deprive the company of merchandise. The fact you...

    Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft ....

The dollar amount is low and you most likely already signed a confession in the store. Retain counsel, either public or private. Keep this off your record. When the civil demand comes pay it. Obey the trespass. Do not steal and move forward from this event.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft need help!

I think I know the company that you used to work for. Due to the fact that you cooperated and there was no inventory loss to the store (you essentially stole from the customers - so they would be the ones to press charges) I am fairly certain that you will not get prosecuted. Keep in mind that...
