My son had surgery in 2001 he was a minor at the time and I signed the forms for him to be treated. The bill was put on his credit report in 2005 ruining his credit we have requested of all three credit reporting agencies that it be removed with no results. I'm not sure how to fix this for him...

We have disputed this with all three credit reporting agencies and no luck. We are now trying to get the collection agency to take it off and if they refuse again I'm not sure where to turn.
