I spoke to several attorneys but they charge a lot, so i am going to go to court without one and pley not quilty, if the judge will not make me a good deal I will ask for a bublic defender...I pray God that everything will go well. What do you think? Also, how do I find out if the store belongs...

Yes, since it's the first offense, they all say it's likely to have a diversion...but in order for them to do it is so expensive...do you think the public defender will be able to help me? and how do I ask for help? Will they need my pay check or something?
