Former "friend" spying

Is there anything I can do about someone I used to date who searched through my purse, searched through my cell phone and obtained my password and goes into my cell phone's voice mail, my personal cell phone phonebook, my email, and my home mailbox? He has started calling and threatening the people whose numbers he obtained from my phone.

Change your passwords. If you know for sure that this person called other people and made threats, you may want to have a lawyer (or yourself) send a firm, written notice, return receipt, ordering that person to cease and desist before you take legal action. Chances are if you lock them out and ignore them entirely this will end and it is probably the easiest route to go.
