Private party auto sale info

You really needn't take such a tone with the volunteers here. We didn't make this deal, you did. We have given you some of your option(s) as we see them, now it is up to you to decide how you want to proceed.

Keep in mind that you may have some liability if the guy driving the car runs over a couple of kids playing in the street.

I am very apologetic, it's hard to comprehend messages via text. I am very grateful for all the advice, not meaning to be disrespectful in anyway.

I'm not here trying to do anybody wrong I'm just asking for a expert opinion, not everyone knows the smartest, or correct ways of going about everything.

So at this point if I have a written contract for the amount they still owe and had them sign it and transferred everything into their name that would be the correct step forward?

Again why do you think these people would sign a new agreement that will make it easier for you to repossess the car when they haven't been paying what they owe you already?

Honestly I'm probably just going to cut my losses and make a bill of sale and sign the vehicle over to them and let them deal with it. Just to relieve me from any possible legal responsibilities and be done with the whole situation.

Thank you for your time and advice.

We all need to know when to hold 'em, when to fold 'em.

If I were wearing your pants, that is what I'd do to cut my losses, eliminate any headaches, and move on to live a happy, prosperous life.

You also said you like to help people, so this solution you created will also allow you to help a person and save yourself more grief.

In that link I posted earlier there are some other things you need to do.
