DCF question

DCF in florida do they have to adhere to the same probable cause clause as police do?

DCF isn't a police agency.

However, don't confront DCF or the police.
DCF will most often bring the police along.
The police are armed.
The police have the power of arrest.
Anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law.
Disturbing the peace can substantiate and justify your arrest.

Don't answer the door, unless the police announce they are serving a warrant.

Instruct your children to ask for you to be present if the police or DCF wishes to question them.

The law is clear, that a child has a right to have a parent present during questioning.

Thanks for re plying but I know DCF isn't a police police agency I guess I should be more specific so let me try again...DCF spoke to my child without consent everything I have read says they need probable cause I'm about to challenge there evidence to see if there's probable cause is that smart or am I playing with fire.

NEW QUESTION

I'm under investigation by DCF due to a false allegation DCF then violated my 4th and 14th amendments by taking my son in a room and talking to him without my consent, now do I have to file an intent to sue in order to challenge the evidence or is that information available to me and if so how do I go about getting it

Please don't open new threads for the same topic. I've moved your other question here. Keep to one thread so we don't end up with annoying parallel discussions. Thanks.
