Here is a thought. Send a notice via certified mail about the problem and length of the problem. Tell them that you will withhold a portion of the rent if this continues and if they don't fix it within X number of days, you will hire a company to fix the problem and withhold that amount from the rent.steven13 said:Me and my wife had a roof leaking for almost 3 weeks.
