Thanks for taking the time to read my topic.

I recently completed an online drivers education course. They have a referral program in which, for every person that signs up and completes the course with my referral code, i will recieve $10USD. On multiple parts of the website they list they will pay $10USD for each referral, however when i completed 3 referrals and cashed out, i was granted only $15USD, making each referral worth $5.

I tried contacting them and they said it was actually $5 per referral and they made a "typing error" on the website and they will change it shortly. It's been more than a month and it still says $10.

Since then, i have brought in about 30 referrals and i was wondering if there was any chance i could get the listed amount? Does the company have to honor what they listed or can they give however much do they want? I also have pictures as proof

Thanks again.

There should be a Terms and Conditions of site usage somewhere on the index page. Read through the Terms and look for a line that states that they are NOT responsible for typos, misspellings, or incorrect information that is on the site. If that line exists, then they can claim that it is, indeed, a misprint and they would be free and clear.

However, if that line does NOT exist in the Terms, there MIGHT be room for argument.
