I was charged with misdemeanor possesion of a false insurance card last year and the court dead docketed the charge. I am in the Army and about to apply for a security clearance, will this have an effect on whether or not I will be cleared?
I recently had a charge of possesion of false auto insurance dead docketed as a result of agreeing to pay an incresed fine for a moving violation that I also was being charged with.
My question is will I be able to have the possesion of false insurance removed from my record?
