Who ultimetly has the say of what provision if any it falls into....the police?
I thought it would be the quickest course of action, but I agree that it could fall into a catagorie as a strech. And most likely lose in court.
I own a screen printing and sign making business and a existing customer of mine ordered about $4000 worth or merchandise (tee's shirts and hats ..ect). I've done business with this man and his wife before over the years and never had any problems. I trusted them.
