a cop can radar from a stop or while moving. if doesnt matter if your driving right next to a cop and another one pulls you over. the other cop might see something that the other one didnt. if you didnt get a ticket then why is it a big deal?

i disagree, if you have a clean record, this ticket will not go on your record unless you get another one within a certain period of time. i know people that have been pulled over and cited for doing 1 mile an hour over the speed limit.
the speeding will probably get a deferral depending if the judge is being nice, and the seatbelt ticket is not a moving violation so that wont go on your record regardless if you are found guilty or not guilty.
