Her employer doesn't take the child support enforcement agent seriously; they have contacted them last 7 weeks and still no compliance. Would I have case if I went to a private attorney and filed a contempt of court against them myself?
Here is my situation.
April-child support hearing with mediator
Was granted child support with it being retroactive from March.
May-wage assignment was issued and it was 8 weeks since that took effect and child's mother quit her job.
August-found another job. Was issued a wage assignment...
Here is a scenario, please tell me what you think.
Husband and Wife, wife has an affair kicks husband out of house.
--had an agreement made up, she wanted the house in leiu of child support
-signed off the house before she signed the agreement, when agreement was done she wouldn't sign...
Anyone else have trouble with their local child support enforcement agency?
I am trying to educate myself in order to understand the protocal and guidelines of this agency. I speak to different reps and they all give me different answers. Just curious to know.
