Anyone? I had this "investigator"/collector leave a message on my answering machine threatening to get the police involved. I am not sure if I bounced this check or not since its been 17 years. Any help please!!
What happens if I owe my ex wife back child support and my child then comes to live with me fulltime? I assume what i normally pay just gets fully applied to the past due amount. However is she liable to pay me anything in return if there is an income difference?
