We live in Ca, the cost of living is very high here. My husband makes $4680 before taxes( $3960 after taxes)taxes, me $1800. We are going to separate. We have a house and would sale it or my husband said he would be a second and pay me off.
I asked him for $600.00 in alimony. He said no...
I can not afford a lawyer nor can my husband. How can we separate our property and accounts? Can we list what we want to take with us and any alimony on a paper and sign the agreement with a witness notary?
