I was wondering if anyone knew about SC ? Do they deduct debt owed from your paychecks if creditors sue you or take your taxes?
I would rather just skip the whole bankruptcy deal and just see what happens i do own a house maybe I can transfer the title to someone elses name? who knows thats...
