Thinking about hiring an attorney this week for 7 but they want last three weeks of pay checks stubs which I have ,, but I worked in another state and should be getting a paycheck for june and july .. they are a little behind it was a job I was doing that I get paid as a independant contracter . so I will get this check which is my last one middle of Aug will this effect anything since I do not do this anymore I was commuting just for some extra money but it would not being worth it due to gas and everything considered. So anyways My question is does this matter and what if I give the past three months of stubbs currently will I have to give further stubs after hiring this attorney and will this check hurt since I do not get it anymore ?
