I went on STD 10/05 -group policy. Short Term Disability went to Long Term Disability (group also different insurer) 01/06. My initial diagnosis changed from GAD and MDD to Neurological (seizure disorder, possible MS) in 04/06. All Attending Physician Statements indicated the new diagnosis...
