If I am a Hungarian citizen, but a legal UK resident for the past few years, can I request to have my US green card hearing at the US Embassy in London rather than traveling all the way back to Budapest?
LOL, I chose not to take that route. I moved back to Europe when my visa expired, and we'll see where that will have gotten me in march when my interview comes up.
