I rent a 4 bedroom home with 3 other roommates. The lease binds us through 12/31/09.
Recently 1 of my roommates informed us that he is leaving. he intends to pay rent for June, but no more after that.
Do my roommates and I have grounds to take him to Small Claims for his share of the rent?
