I have been convicted of trespassing 1st degree. I went and talk to a free legal service from my work.
he told me to contact the prosecutor and ask for a lesser sentence if i was to plead no contest to the charges. Only if i was not happy with the offer they gave me should i contact a lawyer...
So today i got arrested issued a ticket and assign a court date.
i park every day at school at this parking garage where we need to pay and print out tickets. i met a fellow former class mate of mine a couple weeks ago that he said he would give me some "fake" parking passes. well i got busted...
