I was just served papers to appear in the Court of Common Pleas regarding unpaid State
income taxes. The summons says it's an Order in Aid of Execution. No judge is listed and in fact, the referee appointed (it says) is the Counsel for the Plaintiff (the State of Ohio). What is an Order in Aid...
