? I wasnt the one that was adopted or put into foster care it was my brother, I was raised by my father. And I really dont know nothin bout my brother him, but his birth name and age.

I am a sister of two brothers one of which was adopted and I have no idea of how to search or even possibly find him. My first leasd would have been our moms, but shes dead. any help. I know his name at birth, but I dont know if it was changed after adoption.
