I recieved a letter from the city of Philadelphia about 8 year old parking tickets.
Isn't there a statue of limitations on collecting a ticket this old?
I just received a letter from the City of Philadelphia, about some parking tickets in 1997. It states that if they are not paid in 5 days they will send them to a collections agency and ruin my credit.
After 8 years I don't rember if I receved any that were not paid, and since I paid them in...
