I was fired back on November 22, 2008. The dates that the checks were received at the facility was on November 25th and December 10th. That was the pay days every month. What would be the best way to go about getting my checks. Thank you.
I need to know if a previous employer that fired you has the right to keep your last two payroll checks, and if not do they have a certain amount of days that they can hold on to it before they mail them to you.
