because i had 3 different questions about a single case i tried to ask each question in the relevant category....it realy does not make sence....
can you please reffer me to cases which deal with this kind of jury decisions
i will explain the question: the judge in my case said (oraly) that the jury desicion was "hasty"
is the saying "hasty" desicion by the judge in itself maked ground for appeal, even if the desicion was right ?
