I just received a certificate of lien from San Joaquin co. in Ca. that I owe taxes on a boat I had there in 1986-87-88 taxes were $27.50 then, now they say they are around $2000 .The boat sank, between 87@88, but have no way to prove it. Is there any statue of limitations on this tax or any...
