Hey guys... You all have been very helpful on my last post, just one more concern. My arraignment is coming up next week... I understand that it's when I enter my plea, but if I have a lawyer before then, can we start a plea bargain on that date instead of going to trial again? I'm not sure how...
One more thing... how does a jail sentence work if the worse case happens? Am I arrested and taken on the spot or have an arrainged date to show up for my time?
